Structurally, the mud cleaner consists of inlet/outlet pipes, hydrocyclones and shale shaker. The hydrocyclone is an integrated unit, with its top cover, upper cone and lower cone connected via flanges and clamps. Equipped with flower cap low flow sand discharge port at the bottom, it ensures excellent sealing and stability. Targeting pre-treated mud from the shale shaker, the mud cleaner precisely removes 15 - 60μm solid particles, significantly reduces mud solid content, recycles useful solids and enables mud recycling. This not only cuts production costs but also alleviates environmental pressure.
