4" Desilter Cone Assy

4-inch double cone urethane replacement part designed for Swaco Mongoose desilters. Key component for drilling fluid solid control, efficiently separates 15-25μm solid particles via centrifugal force. Features wear-resistant urethane material and optimized double cone structure, ensuring long service life and stable separation performance in harsh drilling environments. Direct OEM replacement to maintain desilter efficiency.

4-inch cone is used in the desilter. The cone is made of polyurethane, which has extremely high heat resistance, abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, oil resistance, and water resistance. The feed angle is carefully designed to generate greater centrifugal force, thereby effectively removing drill cuttings, sand, and sludge from the drilling fluid.
