The FLC 2000 flat screen, also known as the 48 × 30 flat screen, is widely used in solids control systems and drilling waste management equipment. It is designed to fit FLC 2000 series shale shakers, mud cleaners, and drying shakers.

The Shaker Screen is built with two or three layers of stainless steel wire cloth bonded to a perforated steel plate. This flat panel design provides reliable screening performance, good strength, and quick, economical screen replacement.

The steel support plate provides strength and helps maintain screen integrity during high-G vibration conditions. Mesh layers are selected according to the required API designation to achieve the desired separation performance.
