Working Principle

When the mud shale shaker works, two vibrating motors generate reverse synchronous excitation force. Under the combined force, the screen body performs stable linear reciprocating motion. Drilling mud flows onto the shaker screen surface, liquid mud passes through screen meshes and flows back to mud tank for recycling. Solid cuttings are pushed forward along the screen surface and discharged outside the equipment.

This efficient separation process ensures continuous mud purification in the whole solids control loop. The shale shaker effectively controls solid content in mud, guarantees subsequent purification equipment working efficiency, and extends service life of drilling mud.
