The 9744-00 Ramp-lock Assembly is a screen tensioning system for Derrick FLC2000 shale shakers, designed for fast, reliable screen panel installation. It replaces traditional wedge-style clamping methods, cutting screen change time to under one minute per panel.

How It Works

The 9744-00 Ramp-lock Assy uses a ramp-and-finger design that allows operators to:

1. Position screen panels in the shaker frame

2. Engage the tensioning bolts with a simple downward motion

3. Rotate the bolts 1/4 to 1/2 turn to achieve full tension

The ramp mechanism converts rotational motion to linear clamping force, securing the screen panel firmly in place.
