High G-force vibration intensity (adjustable) enables separation of high-viscosity and high-density slurries.
The screen box is made of high-manganese alloy steel for high strength and extended service life.
The entire screen box is heat-treated to withstand long-term operation under high vibration intensity.
The plate-type frame screen with a wedge-type screen clamp facilitates quick screen replacement.
A Martin or OLI vibration motor is used.
Electrical components are from Schneider or Siemens.
The cofferdam-type and top-mounted slurry inlet hopper provides slurry buffering and even flow, reducing impact on the screen.

The drilling shale shaker works by using vibration motors to generate linear motion on the shaker basket. Drilling fluid containing drill cuttings enters the shale shaker through the feeder and flows evenly across the shaker screens.
During operation, the shaker screens separate solid particles from the drilling fluid. Reusable drilling mud passes through the screen mesh and returns to the mud tank, while large drill cuttings are discharged from the end of the shaker.
