The movable Mixing Device is mainly composed of a gasoline mud pump, a mud hopper and a manifold valve. It does not require an external power supply when in use and has the advantages of large flow, high head, small vibration and low noise.

The mobile mud mixing unit primarily consists of a gasoline mud pump, a mixing funnel, and manifold valves. We use a fully imported Honda gasoline mud pump, which requires no external power supply for on-site use and features high flow, high head, minimal vibration, and low noise. The mobile mud mixing unit is specialized equipment used to prepare or weight drilling mud. It disperses and evenly adds drilling fluid materials such as bentonite, barite, and polymers to the drilling fluid, thereby modifying key performance parameters such as mud density, viscosity, and water loss.

The movable mixing device has a reasonable and compact manifold layout and a multi-interface design that can meet the different material inlet and outlet conditions of on-site construction. All valves are made of stainless steel and are wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant.
