Advantages of Pump Casing

Adopts heavy-duty concentric casing structure with replaceable gaskets, delivering significantly longer service life than standard volute designs. The concentric structure greatly reduces wear, and maintenance costs are drastically lowered compared to full casing replacement.
The wide semi-open impeller generates low axial thrust for optimized casing performance. Solid particles are directed to the rear of the impeller by its semi-open design, extending the service life of mechanical seals and lubrication chambers.
Built-in casing gaskets provide enhanced protection.
Replaceable pump casing cover, secured with double sliding housing bolts.
Optional casings for single / dual mechanical seal applications, configurable with flush piping.
Long-life, maintenance-free mechanical seal rings.
