Drilling cuttings separated from mud shale shakers, desanders and desilters will be transported by screw conveyors. Another conveying system will then deliver these solid materials into the mud Drying Shaker. Customers are able to install a low-profile dewatering unit right beneath the solids control tank to ensure stable feeding for the high-G vibration equipment.
Inside the machine, drilling cuttings are thoroughly dewatered. Separated drilling fluids will be collected in the storage tank underneath. A centrifuge feed pump transfers the recovered fluids to a high-speed decanter centrifuge for advanced purification treatment. After refined separation, the recycled drilling mud can be reintroduced into the active mud system for repeated utilization on drilling sites.
