Description

The Hyperpool PMD Screen is a replacement screen for Derrick Hyperpool 4-panel shale shakers. It features a pyramid (PMD) wave structure that increases effective screening area and improves drilling fluid handling capacity. All screens comply with API RP 13C for physical testing and labeling.

Hyperpool PMD shaker screens are manufactured in standard sizes compatible with Derrick Hyperpool series shale shakers.

Common materials include stainless steel 304, 316, or 316L mesh with perforated steel backing.

Typical API RP 13C mesh ranges from API 20 to API 325 depending on drilling requirements.
