The Brandt VSM300 Shaker Screen is designed as a replacement screen for the NOV Brandt VSM 300 shale shaker used in oil and gas drilling solids control systems.

The VSM 300 shale shaker is a balanced elliptical motion cascade shaker widely used in drilling operations for high-capacity solids control. It features a multi-deck design including scalping, primary, and optional drying screens, allowing staged separation of drilled cuttings for improved efficiency.

The VSM300 shaker screen is designed to fit these decks and handle different separation stages, helping optimize drilling fluid recovery and reduce mud loss.

The VSM300 screen is constructed with multiple layers of stainless steel mesh bonded to a high-strength steel frame or composite frame, providing both durability and structural stability.

It is designed for high-G vibration conditions and maintains stable performance under continuous drilling operations.

The screen structure helps improve effective filtration area, allowing higher flow capacity and better separation efficiency.

API RP 13C compliant mesh sizes are available to match various drilling requirements.

Features of VSM300 Shaker Screen

1. VSM300 shaker screen panels are constructed with two or three layers of 304 or 316 stainless steel wire cloth bonded to a steel backing plate and steel frame. Different mesh sizes and opening configurations provide improved separation efficiency.

2. The bottom high-strength steel frame and support bars hold the screen cloth under proper tension, increasing screen strength and service life while improving screening performance. Mesh sizes range from API 20 to 325. The screen surface is divided into independent sections to prevent over-expansion and damage. Rubber plugs are used to repair local damage, reducing screen replacement time, improving efficiency, and lowering operating cost.
