Swaco Mongoose Shaker Screen

TR Solids Control's SWACO Mongoose replacement screens separate drilling solids from mud during oil well operations, enabling mud reuse and solids disposal. Compatible with SWACO Mongoose Pro and MEERKAT PT shale shakers, all screens are made from 304/316 stainless steel mesh and conform to API RP 13C standard. Available in steel frame and composite PT frame types, with mesh types XR, XL, HC, and MG.

Wire cloth is bonded to a rigid steel frame using high-temperature epoxy resin, then heat-cured. The layered mesh design places a coarse support layer beneath a fine separation layer to extend service life under continuous vibration loads.
