TR Horizontal Mud Purifier is a specialized device designed for high-efficiency solid-liquid separation in construction and engineering applications, particularly in foundation drilling, pile foundation projects, and diaphragm wall construction. By integrating vibration screening, cyclone separation, and multi-stage purification, it achieves mud recycling, cost reduction, and environmental protection through the removal of solid particles from drilling mud.
The device operates through a three-step purification process:
1.Primary Separation (Vibration Screening)
An external pump transfers waste mud from the site’s mud pit to the coarse screening layer of the vibration screen.
Particles >2mm (e.g., gravel, soil clumps) are filtered out and discharged, while smaller particles (<2mm) flow into the mud storage tank.
2.Secondary Separation (Cyclone Separation)
The main slurry pump transfers mud from the storage tank to the cyclone separator.
Under centrifugal force, the cyclone separates:
Clean mud (sand content <2%) exits via the overflow port into the intermediate storage tank for reuse.
Waste residue (containing solid particles) is discharged through the bottom flow port onto the fine screening layer of the vibration screen.
3.Tertiary Separation (Fine Screening & Dehydration)
The fine screening layer dehydrates the waste residue, producing dry slag with <30% moisture content for easy disposal.
The internal circulation protection device maintains liquid level balance in the mud storage tank, preventing pump cavitation and ensuring stable operation.

1. Low energy consumption. It can reduce energy consumption by about 40%.
2. Stable treatment effect. The rotation of the mud is not affected by mud viscosity, pump pressure, or blockage of the discharge port, and the treatment effect is very stable.
3. High separation effect. Due to the large drum, high rotation speed and thin liquid layer, the solid particles in the mud can be separated under almost identical conditions.
4. Low equipment procurement costs. Equipment procurement costs are reduced, and the cost is expected to be reduced by about 50%.
5. It can simplify the solids control system, reduce the equipment footprint, increase relocation speed, and reduce the total amount of circulating mud, thereby reducing mud costs and waste disposal costs.
