Derriok 4"Cone Assembly

Xi'an TR Solids Control adopts advanced technology and mechanized production methods to produce Tianrui brand accessories to replace Derriok shale shaker and all-in-one machines. The shale shaker and all-in-one machine accessories produced by TR Solids Control meet the US API standards and have API certificates.

Hydrocyclone is also called cyclone separator, Hydrocyclone include hydrocyclone desander (10inch cone) and hydrocyclone desilter (4inch cone), which is used to separate sand and silt from the drilling fluid.

A hydrocyclone has two exits on the axis: the smaller on the bottom (underflow or reject) and larger at the top (overflow or accept). The underflow is generally the denser or thicker fraction, while the overflow is the lighter or more fluid fraction. Centrifugal pump is used to pump the drilling fluids from mud tank into the set of hydrocyclones.

TR Solids Control provide 4″-12″ Polyurethane cyclones for desander desilter and 12″-20″ iron cyclone for desander plant, desander unit.
