TR's 4-inch hydrocyclone replicates the Derrick cyclone unit's core structural parameters: inlet and outlet specifications, mounting hole locations, external dimensions, and coupling type. Existing pipework, support brackets, and walkway structures need no alteration. The cone installs as a single-unit replacement or as part of a multi-cone manifold assembly, fully compatible with Derrick shaker-mounted configurations.

Material and Performance Parity

The cone body is manufactured from high-wear-resistant polyurethane, consistent with Derrick's material specification: low weight, strong abrasion resistance, and extended service life. Cut point range, throughput capacity, and working pressure all meet Derrick standards. The underflow outlet uses the same nozzle-style design as Derrick, reducing nozzle clogging. Variable nozzle sizing allows separation cut point adjustment to suit changing process conditions. Wear parts and nozzles are interchangeable with Derrick equivalents.
