TR Dual Motion Shale Shaker separates drilled cuttings from drilling fluid through vibration and screen filtration.
During operation, drilling fluid enters the shaker feed inlet and is evenly distributed across the screen surface. The vibration force moves solids toward the discharge end, while drilling fluid passes through the screen openings and returns to the mud circulation system.
The shale shaker provides two vibration modes for different drilling conditions. Linear motion delivers stronger cuttings transport and higher processing capacity for high solids loading applications. Elliptical motion provides longer residence time on the screen surface, improving drilling fluid recovery and reducing moisture content in discharged solids.
