Description

The FLC500 Flat Shaker Screen is a replacement screen for Derrick FLC500 series shale shakers. Each screen is constructed with two or three layers of stainless steel wire cloth (304/316 grade) bonded to a steel backing plate. The backing plate is available in hexagonal, rectangular, or square perforation patterns, dividing the screen surface into independent sections that limit local expansion and prevent panel damage, extending overall screen life.

The upper layer uses finer wire cloth over a coarser middle and bottom layer, combining filtration precision with structural strength. This layered construction maximizes effective screening area while maintaining flow capacity under operating conditions.
