Pump casing hardness reaches 600H, while the impeller and stuffing box reach 450H. Wear resistance >9× cast iron, corrosion resistance >10× hardened iron.
Rugged structure: heavy-duty thick-wall solid design provides superior durability compared with lined pumps and rubber-lined pumps.
Optimized bearing design: double-row angular contact bearings effectively reduce axial thrust, and double-row plate bearings relieve radial loads, ensuring stable and reliable operation.
