Mission pump impeller

The MISSION pump impeller is the core component of the MISSION centrifugal pump. It has the characteristics of high efficiency and wear resistance, and is widely used in oil drilling, oil field development and other scenarios.

Mission pumps feature an open impeller design with wide-tipped blades and a larger suction tangential circumference, enabling the pump to produce a smoother flow pattern when handling abrasive fluids.

The Mission pump adopts an open impeller design, and the blades are coated with tungsten carbide to enhance wear resistance; the shaft sleeve is made of ceramic material to adapt to high-intensity working conditions.

Features:

High Wear Resistance: Hi-chrome of the pump casing, stuffing box, and impeller, providing enhanced wear resistance and strength. The pump casing hardness reaches 600 HB, while the impeller and stuffing box hardness is 450 HB. These components offer wear resistance over nine times that of cast iron and over six times that of hardened iron.

Rugged Construction: High-grade, heavy-duty, thick-walled solid construction offers superior durability compared to lined pumps and pumps using inserts.

Optimized Bearing Design: Double-row angular contact bearings minimize axial thrust, while double-row inboard bearings reduce the effects of radial loads, ensuring stable and reliable operation.
