The mud non-landing system refers to system in process of oil drilling that collects and treats waste mud through a series of equipment and processes, preventing it from being directly discharged into the environment, thereby achieving environmentally friendly production.

Operation of oil-based mud and rock cuttings treatment system

TR Solids Control's oil-based drilling mud cuttings treatment system has been put into operation at the Daqing Oilfield drilling site. After the waste drilling mud cuttings are returned from the wellhead, they are conveyed to the cuttings dryer by screw conveyor. After processing, most of the dried cuttings are discharged, while the remaining liquid mud is pumped into a centrifuge for further separation. The separated fine cuttings are discharged, and the treated mud is reinjected into the mud tank for reuse.
