Recently, the TRLW450×1000N decanter centrifuge independently developed by Xi'an TR Solid Control has completed production testing and been successfully shipped. I. Technical parameters of the 450-type centrifuge


  1. Core performance: The inner diameter of the drum reaches 450mm and the length is 1000mm. It generates a separation factor of 1210 through high-speed rotation of 2200r/min. The single-machine processing capacity can reach 50m³/h, which can accurately remove harmful fine particles of 2~5μm from drilling fluid.

  2. Intelligent control: It adopts a PLC programming control system and an explosion-proof touch screen to monitor key parameters such as drum speed, bearing temperature and whole machine vibration in real time. It can steplessly adjust the speed and differential speed according to the mud characteristics, and is suitable for complex working conditions such as shale gas wells and high temperature and high pressure wells.

II. Synergistic Effect of PAM Dosing Device TRJY3000/3-PAM


Functions and Design: This device integrates automatic batching, dissolving, and dosing functions, enabling precise control of the polyacrylamide (PAM) solution concentration (0.1%-0.5%), with a processing capacity of up to 3000 L/h. Its quantitative feeding device and multi-stage stirring system ensure uniform dispersion of the reagent, preventing clumping that could affect the flocculation effect.


In the petroleum industry, PAM is used as a flocculant in drilling fluid treatment to accelerate the sedimentation of solid particles. For example, in wastewater treatment, adding 5-20 ppm of PAM can achieve a suspended solids removal rate of over 95%, while simultaneously reducing solution viscosity and improving centrifuge separation efficiency. The automated dosing of TRJY3000/3-PAM reduces manual intervention and is suitable for 24-hour continuous operation.


Synergistic optimization with centrifuges: The linkage control between the PAM dosing unit and the centrifuge enables an integrated "flocculation-separation" process. By monitoring mud turbidity online, the system automatically adjusts the PAM dosage, reducing the centrifuge processing load by 30%, while simultaneously decreasing the solid phase water content from 85% to below 75%, thus reducing subsequent drill cuttings treatment costs.


III. Safety and Reliability Design of Manifolds and Cables


The standardized configuration of TR Solids' manifold system uses corrosion-resistant stainless steel, conforming to API 16D standards, and can withstand high pressure (≥35MPa) and extreme temperatures (-40℃ to 120℃). For example, in high-pressure mud transportation, its constant diameter design reduces eddies and ensures flow stability, while passing a fire resistance test (704℃, 30 minutes) to meet the needs of emergency conditions such as well blowouts.


The explosion-proof and protective cables feature an armored structure and explosion-proof design, complying with ATEX Zone 1 certification and suitable for flammable and explosive environments in oil and gas fields. Their oil resistance and abrasion resistance ensure long-term stable operation; for example, in the vibration environment of offshore platforms, the cable's insulation performance retention rate exceeds 98%.
