Screw conveyors are commonly used to transport drill cuttings and accompanying fluids. They collect drill cuttings (often relatively dry, oil-based cuttings) from various solids control equipment and transport them to an area at the well site where a loading cuttings box is installed.

Screw conveyor features:

The head and tail bearings are located outside the housing, and the suspension shaft utilizes interchangeable rolling and sliding bearings. Dust seals are installed, ensuring excellent sealing, strong wear resistance, low resistance, and long service life.
A cleaning device is installed at the discharge end, ensuring low noise, strong adaptability, and easy operation and maintenance.
The conveyor trough is equipped with a steam heater and can operate in ambient temperatures ranging from -40°C to 60°C.
The conveyor trough is mounted on a dedicated base, enabling conveying operations at a specific height. Two units can also be installed together. The conveyor can rotate horizontally, adjusting and expanding the conveying range, even enabling long-distance conveying.
