3. Structure: Usually composed of 2-3 layers of wire mesh with different meshes (coarse mesh for support, fine mesh for filtration).

Flat Type Shaker Screens（Flat Type / Hook Strip）：

1. Features: The edge of the shaker screen is equipped with hook strips, which are directly hung on the tension plate of the shale shaker.

Composite Shaker Screens：

Main Materials of Shaker Screens

1. Stainless Steel Wire: The most commonly used material.

2. 304/304L: Suitable for general working conditions.

4. Duplex Steel: Higher strength and better corrosion resistance, used in extreme environments.

5. Polyurethane (PU): Often used for the surface layer or frame of composite shaker screens, with excellent wear resistance and tear resistance, and can reduce noise.
