The explosion-proof motor is directly connected to the reducer input shaft via an elastic coupling, eliminating the belt drive to ensure constant rotational speed of the mud agitator impeller. The combination of the worm gear reducer and explosion-proof motor is engineered to withstand the harsh high-temperature and dusty environments of Iraqi oilfields. Its unique structure also prevents motor startup overload, while the double-layer impellers deliver strong mixing and wide coverage, enhancing drilling fluid homogenization efficiency.
