Working Principle of Mud Recycling System

HDD mud recycling systems operate on the core principle of progressive solid-liquid separation + mud performance reconditioning, enabling continuous reuse of drilling fluid. The system removing solids from coarse to fine via physical separation (vibration, centrifugal force, gravity) while restoring mud’s rheological properties (viscosity, lubricity, stability) for repeated circulation. 

The system follows closed-loop cycle: Mud Preparation → Circulation & Cuttings Transport → Multi-Stage Separation → Mud Reconditioning → Re-Circulation.
