Derrick HYPERPOOL Mud Cleaner for Drilling Solids Control System

Derrick HYPERPOOL Mud Cleaner is applied in drilling solids control systems. It cleans and treats drilling fluid through physical methods to remove harmful solids and impurities, ensuring drilling fluid performance and smooth drilling operations.

Mud Cleaner realizes efficient secondary and tertiary solid-liquid separation, widely used in oil, natural gas, geothermal and groundwater drilling projects.

TR Solids Control’s integrated desander-desilter mud cleaner is designed with reference to Derrick HYPERPOOL series, adopting module integration technology. It integrates desander, desilter and shaker on one platform, featuring compact structure, excellent performance and easy transportation. The equipped shaker can recover mud and barite from cyclone underflow, serving as an additional shaker.

The cyclones for desanding and desilting are made of polyurethane, with light weight, smooth surface, low cyclone resistance and no sand adhesion or blockage.

Drilling mud is pumped into the dome cabin: the high-frequency shaker performs primary separation of coarse particles >74μm; the cyclone group conducts centrifugal separation of fine solids 5-74μm (desanding first, then desilting). The purified mud returns to the circulation system, and drill cuttings are centrally treated through screw conveyor or sand discharge port.

Derrick HYPERPOOL Mud Cleaner can be equipped with 20 cyclones. Its desanding and desilting cyclones are interchangeable with Derrick brand, and each cyclone is equipped with an independent ball valve for easy operation.

Tianrui's dome-type mud cleaner is specially designed for oil drilling, geological exploration, horizontal directional drilling (HDD) and other working conditions. Adopting closed dome structure and multi-stage separation technology, it quickly removes drill cuttings, sand and harmful solids from drilling fluid, restores mud performance, significantly reduces drilling costs and improves operation efficiency.
