Drilling Mud Equipment Shipped in Batches to Indonesia Oilfield Project

Recently, the production facility of Xi'an TR Solids Control saw a busy shipping scene as a batch of drilling mud solids control equipment successfully completed manufacturing, assembly, full-system commissioning, and factory quality inspection. The equipment was hoisted by workshop overhead cranes, precisely positioned, and securely loaded onto heavy-duty flatbed transport trailers, ready for departure to the port for further shipment.

Inside the workshop, hoisting operations proceeded in an orderly manner. On-site staff, wearing safety helmets, coordinated equipment lifting, securing, and pre-shipping checks. All equipment underwent no-load and load test runs in strict accordance with API industry standards. After verifying that all mud processing parameters met the required criteria, the export-grade packaging process was initiated. Considering the risks of damage from long-distance domestic road transport and ocean shipping, such as sea spray, rain, and road vibration, all equipment including mud shakers and vacuum degassers were fully wrapped with thick stretch film to ensure no exposed parts. Electrical components, spare screens, sealing strips, and specialized repair parts were packed in solid wooden crates, each labeled with bilingual (Chinese-English) product identification sheets to facilitate customs clearance and on-site inventory checks by the Indonesian client, while also complying with export packaging regulations.
