The shear mud mixing device mainly consists of two parts: a shear pump and a jet mixing hopper, connected by manifold valves and mounted on a single base. This design ensures continuous shearing force during mixing, achieving ideal mixing results.

Jet Mud Mixer Functions

It is mainly used for rapid preparation and weighting of drilling fluid at drilling sites. Based on the jet principle, it uniformly mixes powder materials such as bentonite and barite with drilling fluid, ensuring stable drilling fluid properties to meet downhole operation requirements.

Structural Features

Power Unit: The motor on the right provides power to drive the centrifugal pump and generate high-speed jet flow.

Mixing Unit: The funnel-type feeding port on the left is used for adding powder materials. Negative pressure is formed in the jet pipe to suck in powder and fully mix it with liquid.

Integrated Design: Skid-mounted structure for easy installation and flexible movement, suitable for mud circulation systems of various land drilling rigs.
