TR Solids Control completed factory assembly of a ZJ50 mud solids control system for an oilfield drilling project in Kyrgyzstan. The package integrates modular mud tanks with a five-stage drilling fluid treatment process.
For the Kyrgyzstan project, the tank structure can be fitted with insulation and anti-freezing measures as required for cold-weather drilling.

The system uses 5–6 modular mud tanks, with a typical total effective volume of approximately 200–240 m³. Separate sections handle sand settling, desanding, desilting, centrifuge treatment, weighting and reserve storage.
The tank-top platform mounts:
1 × vacuum degasser
1 × desander
1 × desilter
1 × medium-speed drilling fluid centrifuge
Sand pumps transfer drilling fluid to the downstream separation equipment, while agitators and mud guns keep solids suspended in the tanks. A mixing hopper handles mud additives and weighting materials. Pipelines, gate valves, electrical controls, safety railings and access walkways complete the package.
The treatment sequence covers shale screening, degassing, desanding, desilting and centrifuge treatment. Processed drilling fluid flows back into the active mud circulation system.

The modular tank sections can be separated for transport and reassembled at the next well site. This suits onshore drilling projects where the rig and mud system move between locations.
The system is manufactured in compliance with API specifications and can be configured for ZJ50 and ZJ50J onshore drilling rigs.
Before shipment, the mud tank skids were fitted with centrifugal sand pumps, piping and safety guardrails at TR's manufacturing facility. The completed package is ready for delivery to the Kyrgyzstan drilling site.
After installation, the five-stage solids control process continuously purifies drilling fluid for closed-loop recycling.
