Recently, the drilling fluid solids control system designed and manufactured by TR Solids Control for the ZJ70 drilling rig is in the intensive stage of assembly and integration. At present, all core circulation and purification modules of the system have been fully prepared, which will provide stable and reliable mud treatment support for subsequent deep and ultra-deep well drilling operations, facilitating efficient oilfield exploration and development.

This solids control system is custom-built five-stage purification unit specifically tailored for the ZJ70 drilling rig. Adhering strictly to relevant petroleum industry standards, the system integrates core key equipment including shale shakers, desander cleaners, desilter cleaners, vacuum degassers, and centrifuges. It enables graded and precise purification of drilling fluid, which not only effectively controls the solid content in drilling fluid and ensures stable drilling fluid performance, but also accurately meets multiple process requirements such as mud weighting, mixing, and shearing, fully adapting to operational needs of the ZJ70 drilling rig.
