Recently, TR Solid Control has completed the production and inspection of a batch of mud gun equipment, which is about to be shipped to the overseas market. This batch of equipment will be used in the drilling fluid system, mainly responsible for mixing and circulating drilling fluid, preventing solid particle precipitation, and ensuring stable drilling performance.

Mud gun is hydraulic agitator that mixes mud through high-speed jet flow. It can flush and agitate the areas in the mud tank that the mud agitator cannot reach, preventing mud from settling in the tank, and facilitating cleaning of the inside of the mud tank.

The mud gun is special equipment designed for cleaning residual mud, cuttings and solid particles in the mud tank. Adopting the principle of high-pressure water flow and mechanical rotation, it uses the high-speed liquid jet generated by the gun nozzle to quickly wash away the mud residues attached to the wall of the mud tank and suspend the solid phase deposited at the bottom, thereby improving the cleanliness of the mud system and maintaining the efficient operation of the system.
