Shaker Screens are classified by structure

1. Flat screen: Standard type, suitable for conventional shale shakers, lower cost.

2. Wave screen: Large processing area, high efficiency, long service life, suitable for high solids content slurry.

3. Frame screen: High-strength steel frame + multi-layer screen, impact resistant, suitable for harsh working conditions.

4. Layered screen: 2-4 layers of screens with different mesh sizes, graded filtration, improving efficiency and lifespan.

Drilling fluid shale shaker screen: mesh size 16-450, for treating drilling fluid and removing cuttings.

Desander/Desilter screen: mesh size 80-325, for fine separation and improving mud quality.
