Description

The FLC500 PWP Shaker Screen is a replacement screen for Derrick FLC500 series shale shakers. Each screen is built with two or three layers of stainless steel wire cloth (304/316 grade) bonded to a steel backing plate. The single-side quick-lock tension system cuts panel replacement time compared to conventional tensioning methods.

The upper layer uses finer wire cloth over a coarser middle and bottom layer, combining filtration precision with structural strength. Backing plates are available in hexagonal, rectangular, or square perforation patterns, dividing the screen surface into independent sections that limit local expansion and reduce the risk of panel damage.
