Mud Shale Shaker is the primary purification equipment in the oil drilling solids control system. Its goal is to achieve efficient solid-liquid separation of drilling fluid (mud) and drill cuttings, protect subsequent purification equipment (desanders, desilters, etc.), and reduce drilling costs.

The shale shaker generates high-frequency exciting force through vibration motors or exciters, making the screen box vibrate with specific trajectories (such as linear, elliptical or dual trajectories). This vibration promotes the mud to form a uniform thin layer on the shaker screens. Solid particles move forward due to inertia, while liquid and fine particles are separated through the shaker screen pores.
Main models include linear shale shakers and balanced elliptical shale shakers. Base: Provides stable support and bears the entire shale shaker equipment. Welded with section steel, it has sufficient strength and rigidity, and is fixed to the foundation through anchor bolts.
Screen Box: The main structure of the shale shaker, equipped with supporting shaker screens to hold mud. When mud passes through the screen box, solid particles are retained by the shaker screens. The screen box is connected to the base through angle-adjusting beams, and the screen surface angle can be adjusted.
Vibration Springs:Play a role in buffering and shock absorption, ensuring that the screen box is not subjected to excessive impact during vibration. Made of metal coil springs or rubber springs.
Vibration Motors:Provide vibration source for the equipment. By adjusting the vibration frequency and amplitude, good separation effect is achieved. The motor is equipped with eccentric blocks, couplings and other accessories. By adjusting their relative phase angles, the movement trajectory of materials can be changed. Explosion-proof design is suitable for on-site working conditions.
Feed Logging Tank:Used to receive mud from the wellhead and uniformly transport it to the screen box for separation.
Shaker Screens:The key component for solid-liquid separation. The mesh size (pore size) is selected according to processing needs. The larger the mesh size, the smaller the pore size and the smaller the processing capacity. TR shaker screens adopt quick-release design and can be equipped with tensioning devices.
