1.Solids Control Equipment

Drilling Fluid Vibrating Screen: Utilizing a double-layer screen design with different mesh sizes on the upper and lower layers, it efficiently separates solid particles from mud, with a processing capacity exceeding 60 m³/h.

Combined Desander and Desilter: Integrates a cyclone and vibrating screen to remove solids ≥ 25 μm from mud, with a maximum processing capacity of 60 m³/h. Suitable for applications such as urban piling and shield tunneling.

Centrifuge: The TRLW355 series centrifuge features a 355mm drum diameter, a processing capacity of 40 m³/h, a separation point of 2-5 μm, and supports variable frequency speed regulation, offering low energy consumption and minimal vibration and noise.

Vacuum Degasser: Rapidly removes harmful gases from drilling fluid, ensuring drilling safety.

2.Mud Treatment System

Oil-based/water-based mud treatment system: This modular design minimizes drilling waste, ensuring mud cake moisture content of ≤20%, allowing direct use in brickmaking or soil reclamation.

Frac Flowback Fluid Treatment System: This system efficiently purifies and recycles frac flowback fluid from shale gas development.

Oil-Bearing Sludge Treatment System: This system converts oil-bearing sludge into qualified soil or fuel through thermal desorption and chemical cleaning technologies.

Shear Pump: A special impeller structure generates powerful shear force, breaking up and evenly distributing solids, saving over 20% in soil removal and improving drilling fluid performance.
