TR Solid Control 140m³/h dual-track shale shaker, model TRPZS584, is high-efficiency shale shaker that switches between translational elliptical and linear dual tracks.

Working Principle：The TRPZS584 dual-track shale shaker uses three vibrating motors. By adjusting the phase angle and speed of the motors, the screen box can simultaneously operate on both linear and elliptical tracks. When the linear track mode, the vibration intensity is high, the material moves rapidly across the screen surface, and the processing capacity is large. When the elliptical track mode, the material's movement on the screen surface is complex, and the residence time is long, which helps to improve the recovery rate and reduce screen clogging.

Structural Features：There are two sets of excitation sources, allowing for free switching between linear and translational elliptical trajectories. Equipped with renowned brand motor, it is suitable for outdoor explosion-proof environments. It adopts frame screen, equipped with mechanical ratchet mechanism for tilt adjustment, and also features designs such as anti-loosening of vibration motor connecting bolts, all-round anti-splashing, and heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating.
