Mixing system mainly consists of 30m³ mud tank, horizontal centrifugal pump and jet mixing hopper. Capacity can reach 180m³/h. The pump casing, impeller and flow parts are made of ductile iron, making it with strong wear and corrosion resistance, which can transport sandy mud. The tank surface is equipped with two sets of 15KW mud agitators to prevent mud sedimentation.

Drilling cuttings dryer is specially used for solid-liquid separation of oil well drilling cuttings in oil-based mud treatment system. Its main application range is to deal with oil-based composite mud.
