Stepping into the production workshop of Xi'an Tianrui Solids Control, a batch of high-performance solid control shale shakers is currently being manufactured with intense focus and efficiency. From plate cutting and welding assembly to excitation system commissioning and API standard quality inspection, each process is strictly controlled by an engineer team with 26 years of industry experience. This ensures that every piece of equipment possesses core advantages such as high G-force screening, adjustable screen box angle and quick screen replacement, meeting the cuttings treatment needs of multiple scenarios including oil drilling, mining, shield tunneling and pile foundation.

As a key solid control equipment in the drilling mud purification system, the shale shaker is mainly used to recover expensive drilling fluid and separate cuttings. Simply put, it is the "goalkeeper" of drilling operations. The mud returned from the bottom of the well first passes through it to separate large cuttings particles, ensuring the normal operation of subsequent equipment.

Currently, the TRZS series mud shale shakers under production have optimized vibration structure design and adopted high-quality vibration motors, which can achieve stable elliptical vibration trajectory, effectively reduce screen clogging and improve the screening rate of solid particles. Compared with traditional equipment, both the processing capacity and separation accuracy have been significantly improved, better adapting to the needs of complex working conditions. Workshop staff strictly control every detail, from component processing and assembly to commissioning. At the production site, technical workers operate precisely to perform seamless welding on the screen box frame, eliminate welding stress through vibration aging equipment to prevent structural deformation caused by long-term vibration; the screen installation surface is processed by precision milling to strictly control flatness error, ensuring close fit between the screen and the screen box and improving screening efficiency.

Every shale shaker under production follows a standardized production system, from raw material cutting and component processing to whole machine assembly.
