Screw Conveyor quickly transfers the dry solid waste (cuttings, sand, mud, etc.) separated by the mud cleaner to subsequent processing equipment (such as dryers and storage tanks), preventing accumulation of waste and contamination of work site.

The solid phase separated by mud cleaner is discharged through the bottom outlet, which is connected to the feeding port of the screw conveyor and directly falls into the feeding port of the screw conveyor (such as U-shaped trough or tubular trough). The screw conveyor pushes the solid phase to the discharge port through rotating blades and conveys it to the waste pool, recovery device or subsequent treatment process.
