The TRLW series variable frequency mud centrifuges, also known as horizontal spiral unloading sedimentation centrifuges or mud centrifuges, are specialized solid-liquid separation equipment designed specifically for the unique characteristics of petroleum mud waste management. The variable frequency mud centrifuge uses the principle of centrifugal sedimentation to separate drilling fluid suspensions. The suspension enters the drum through the outlet of the spiral pusher via a feed pipe. Centrifugal force pushes solid particles toward the inner wall of the drum. The solid particles are then pushed by the vanes of the spiral pusher to the small end of the drum for discharge, while the liquid overflows through the overflow hole at the large end. This cycle continues, achieving continuous separation.
