Bored piling is a modular system designed to recycle solid particles (coarse and fine sand) during the production of construction piling mud, as well as to purify tail water and dry-stack solid waste (mud). It has great innovations in appearance and structure.

It primarily consists of shale shaker, desander or desilter cyclone, sand pump, and mud tank. The shale shaker is equipped with coarse and fine screens. The coarse screen removes larger particles of slag from the mud, while the desander or desilter cyclone and the fine screen on the vibrating screen remove smaller sand particles. The closed-circuit mud purification system and the low slag moisture content help reduce environmental pollution. The TR Drilling solids control equipment mud-water separation system is specifically designed for mud purification in construction projects such as slurry balancing, piling, and shield tunneling.
