Mission pump casing

The volute of a Mission pump is one of the key components of the pump, primarily responsible for guiding the liquid, supporting the impeller, and maintaining stable operation of the pump body. The unique concentric casing, front wear plate, and wide impeller design make the centrifugal pump exhibit wear resistance, long service life, and low maintenance costs.

1. A thick, robust concentric casing with replaceable casing gaskets provides a longer service life than conventional volute designs. The concentric design minimizes wear and tear, resulting in lower casing repair costs compared to replacing the entire casing.

2. A wide, semi-open impeller generates lower axial thrust, improving casing performance. The semi-open design concentrates solids behind the impeller, extending the life of the mechanical seal and lubrication box.

3. Recessed casing gasket for protection.

4. Replaceable pump casing cover with dual sliding casing bolts.

5. Optional pump casings are suitable for single and dual mechanical applications and can be configured for flushing lines.
