Description

The mud purification device is special equipment independently developed by TR Solids Control for efficient piling mud treatment. Also referred to as piling desanding machine or desanding plant, this unit integrates shale shaker and desanding module into a single compact slurry separation system.

The shale shaker is fitted with coarse‑mesh screens to remove large solids, while the desanding module combines hydrocyclone desander with primary shaker. In operation, drilling mud flows over the shale shaker into collection tank, then is split via two connecting pipes into separate desanding modules. Each desanding module its own desander cyclone, which effectively strips sand and fine particles down to the 15–44 micron range. After two staged treatment, the recycling effect can be achieved.

This mud recycling system is widely applied in foundation engineering, including bored piles, anti-seepage wall, slurry balance shield, and pipe jacking projects with mud wall protection and circulating drilling. It helps regulate mud parameters, improve hole-forming quality and efficiency, shorten hole cleaning time, cut construction costs, prevent drill sticking accidents and reduce environmental pollution. It is essential equipment for standardized foundation construction.
