The mud purification device is special equipment independently developed by TR Solids Control for efficient piling mud treatment. It is also called piling desander. This environmentally friendly, high-tech product rationally combines two different mud purification methods, including mud shale shaker and cyclone separation, to form complete circulating purification system for advanced mud treatment.

Mud purification device applies to mud purification in pile foundation, anti-seepage wall, slurry balance shield and pipe jacking projects with mud wall protection and circulating drilling. It helps regulate mud parameters, improve hole-forming quality and efficiency, shorten hole cleaning time, cut construction costs, prevent drill sticking accidents and reduce environmental pollution. It is essential equipment for standardized foundation construction.
