I. Working Principle of the Sludge Vacuum Pump
The working principle of the TR vacuum pump is that when compressed air is forced through the pump body, high vacuum is generated inside the pump tank, and the material enters the pump tank through the suction line. After few seconds, the valve will change the direction of the airway, creating positive pressure inside the pump tank, forcing the material out of the pump tank through the discharge line. Because it does not require electricity, only compressed air, the Guanneng solid vacuum pump can be safely used in industries with explosion-proof requirements such as oil, gas, and coal. Its specific working process can be divided into three stages:
Suction Phase: After the vacuum pump is activated, the pressure inside the pump chamber decreases, and the sludge is drawn through the pipe into the separation tank due to the pressure differential.
Separation Phase: The gas-solid mixture decelerates within the separation tank, and the sludge settles due to gravity, while the gas is further extracted by the vacuum pump.
Discharge Phase: Accumulated sludge is discharged through the discharge valve on timed or continuous basis, completing the conveying cycle.

II. What is the function of the sludge vacuum pump?
The sludge vacuum pump is device specifically designed for conveying and discharging viscous wastewater materials such as sewage or sludge.
