Integrated design, functional upgrade:
In the TRHDD-200 solids control system, the TRZS752S shale shaker is integrated with the cyclone separator and desliming unit. The upper screen serves as the cyclone downflow screen, while the lower screen performs independent vibrating screening, achieving "one machine for two purposes" and further reducing the equipment's footprint.
The TRZS752S double-layer linear shale shaker adopts an innovative structural design, equipped with two layers of shaker screens of different specifications, enabling simultaneous two-stage screening. It can complete the grading and separation of rock debris of different particle sizes in a single operation, with screening efficiency far exceeding that of traditional single-stage equipment. The upper screen layer of shale shaker serves as the downstream screen for the desliming cyclone, while the lower screen layer performs the screening function of a traditional shale shaker.
The TRHDD-200 system purifies drilling mud through multi-stage solids control equipment (shale shaker, mud cleaner), separating large-particle rock cuttings, adding mud materials as needed, and then uniformly mixing them before recycling. This process not only significantly improves mud reuse rate and reduces material consumption but also significantly reduces waste mud emissions, meeting environmental protection requirements. Furthermore, by optimizing mud performance, the system effectively improves drilling speed, providing dual guarantees for shortening project duration and controlling costs.
