Recently, a batch of drilling mud cleaners and related accessories manufactured by TR Solids Control has completed full assembly and commissioning. After undergoing plastic-sealed protection treatment, the equipment was shipped to the drilling rig project site in Mexico. Core Component Configuration: The hydrocyclones are made of high-wear-resistant polyurethane materials, which extend service life and feature excellent corrosion resistance and impact resistance. The clamp-type connection design enables convenient disassembly and assembly, reducing on-site maintenance time and equipment downtime. The shale shaker unit allows flexible angle adjustment within the range of -1°~+5°, adapting to the characteristics of solid particles in different drilling stages. The shaker screens are fixed with special wedge blocks for enhanced stability, and the base frame is made of stainless steel with strong corrosion resistance, suitable for diverse overseas working environments.

The parameters of the delivered TRQJ250×2S-16N integrated mud cleaner are precisely matched to the high-flow demand of the project: The desander unit is equipped with 2 pieces of 10-inch hydrocyclones, connected to the feed and discharge manifolds, which can efficiently remove 40～100-micron solid particles. Equipped with centrifugal pump to control feed pressure and flow rate, the inlet slurry flow rate of a single 10-inch hydrocyclone can reach 115 m³/h.

The desilter unit consists of 16 pieces of 4-inch hydrocyclones. By optimizing the hydrocyclone ratio, angle design, and material selection, TR Solids Control maximizes the solids separation effect. Similarly, centrifugal pump is used to stabilize feed parameters, and the inlet flow rate of a single 4-inch hydrocyclone is 15 m³/h, fully meeting the high-flow purification demand of the industry and ensuring drilling fluid quality.
