Mud Centrifugal Pump

Drilling fluid sand pump is centrifugal pump. TR Solids Control's sand pumps are interchangeable with Mission sand pumps. The centrifugal mud pumps utilize advanced design theory and are used to pump drilling fluids or industrial suspensions (mud). Drilling mud centrifugal pumps can transport abrasives, viscous, and corrosive liquids. They feature excellent performance, high flow rate, high temperature resistance, long service life, convenient maintenance, high reliability, and significant energy savings.

Centrifugal pumps are used in onshore and offshore drilling mud recovery systems worldwide. Centrifugal pump can not only supply mud to desanders and desilters but also serve as an ideal power source for jet mixing devices.

Advantages of Mud Centrifugal Pump

The pump body is made of high-wear-resistant alloy cast iron, ensuring a longer service life.
SKF bearings are used, guaranteeing quality.
Combined sealing system is employed, primarily using mechanical seal and secondarily using packing seal. The mechanical seal is made of hard alloy, offering five times the service life of ordinary seals.
The pump casing has thick wall, precision-cast, resulting in excellent wear resistance and beautiful appearance.
Imported fluororubber oil seals are used, providing excellent cooling performance and ensuring the normal operation of sand pump.
The impeller features wide flow channel design and is made of high-chromium alloy, offering excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
All parts of centrifugal pump are interchangeable with those of the Mission pump.
