Desanding Hydrocyclone Pre-treatment:Drilling fluid first enters the desanding hydrocyclone. Utilizing centrifugal force, the device quickly separates large solid particles and sand from the fluid. This step effectively purifies the drilling fluid, avoids drill bit and tool wear caused by large particles, extends tool service life, and reduces equipment replacement costs.

Desilting Hydrocyclone Precision Treatment:The pre-purified drilling fluid then flows into the desilting hydrocyclone for secondary processing. Adopting the same cyclonic separation technology, the device targets small solid particles and mud impurities, further improving fluid cleanliness and stability.

Shale Shaker Deep Filtration:Drilling fluid passes through the shale shaker for advanced screening and filtration.
