  1. Oil-based mud non-landing system: Core equipment includes drying shaker, vertical dryer, decanter centrifuge, screw pump, screw conveyor and mud tank. This set of equipment combination is designed based on the characteristics of oil-based mud to achieve deep drying of drill cuttings and oil phase recovery, reducing the oil content of solid waste and meeting environmental discharge standards.

  2. Water-based mud non-landing system: It is mainly composed of drying shaker, decanter centrifuge, screw pump/mud agitator, screw conveyor, filter press, mud tank and cuttings box. Through preliminary separation by high-frequency vibrating shakers and precise treatment with decanter centrifuges, the system delivers efficient solid-liquid separation and recycling of water-based mud, while mud tanks provide stable storage for recovered mud.
