The submersible slurry pump is a vertical cantilever centrifugal pump designed specifically for conveying high-concentration, highly abrasive solid-liquid mixtures. It is widely used in mining, electric power, chemical industry, environmental protection and other fields.
The submersible slurry pump drives the impeller to rotate at high speed through the motor, using centrifugal force to throw the liquid from the center of the impeller to the edge, while forming a vacuum at the impeller inlet to continuously suck in the slurry at the bottom of the pool.

TRYZ series slurry pumps are mainly used to supply slurry from the slurry pit to the vibrating screen and the centrifuge.The YZ series submersible slurry pump is a single-stage, single-suction cantilever structure. The hydraulic components of the pump are connected by a bearing seat, a support seat, and a connecting pipe. The liquid is discharged from the discharge pipe component. The pump impeller is a semi-open impeller with a stirring blade at the extension of the impeller blade inlet. The main feature of this pump is that the pump shaft in the submersible component has sufficient rigidity. There is no bearing between the impeller and the pump casing, and no shaft seal is used. It can transport media containing a large concentration of solid particles.The standard length of the pump inserted into the liquid is 1.3 meters, and it can be equipped with a suction pipe if necessary. The shaft seal adopts a submersible pump inserted into the liquid for operation, without a shaft seal. The transmission is driven by a vertical motor installed on the motor support seat and connected to the pump with a coupling.
