What are the structure, function and application of TR desander?

Desander based on the principle of centrifugal separation and gravity settling work. When the sand-containing fluid enters the cylinder of the desander tangentially at a certain speed, it will produce a strong rotary motion. Under the action of centrifugal force, solid particles such as sand grains with larger density are thrown to the cylinder wall, and move down along the cylinder wall under the action of gravity, and finally fall into the sand collection hopper. The separated fluid will form an upward vortex and be discharged from the outlet of the desander, thus realising the purpose of solid-liquid separation.

Desander usually consists of the following main parts:

1. inlet and outlet: the fluid enters the desander through the inlet and is discharged from the outlet after treatment.

2. Cylinder: As the main part of the desander, the cylinder provides a space to hold the fluid and carry out the separation operation.

3. cyclone: this is the core part of the desander, by generating a cyclone field, solid particles move towards the wall under the action of centrifugal force.

4. Sand collection hopper: It is used to collect the separated solid particles for regular cleaning.

5. control system: used to monitor and adjust the operating parameters of the desander to ensure its stable and efficient operation.
