This clamping mechanism is easy to operate and replaces the traditional screen clamping method, significantly reducing downtime when changing screens during oilfield solids control operations.

How It Works

The 9744-00 Ramp-lock Assy employs a unique ramp-and-finger design that allows operators to:

Position screen panels in the shaker frame

1. Engage the tensioning bolts with a simple downward motion

2. Rotate the bolts 1/4 to 1/2 turn to achieve full tension

3. The ramp mechanism converts rotational motion to linear clamping force, securing the screen panel firmly in place
